D & D:
Our team of 6 experienced and dedicated designers is able to work in CAD, Solid Works, Pro-E, UG software and we always satisfy our customer with quick and professional response. We work closely with our customers on the sport pad design and we are providing our suggestions how to improve the product from prototype to PPAP (team feasibility study).
Support:
Working from simple styling models and interface information we can support our customers with fully engineered solitions. 3D and 2D can be supplied of the final parts to assist in the approval of the component. Basically customer sends us styling model and model of interfacing part (pedal plate) and we are able to design sport pad feasible from manufacturing point of view and also the most cost effective product. Also drawing can be created by LW and after all modifications are done, customer can use it for release of final drawing. This support is often used by European customers and appears to be the fastest way how to develope a good sport pad.
prototype to production:
Our prototype shop is excellent example how good we are in satisfying customer´s needs. All tooling is designed and made in house. We are able to deliver parts from prototype tool in 4 weeks. We are experienced in PPAP according to ISO/TS 16949 or VDA as we are working with customers based in North America and Europe as well and timing is typically 8 weeks for PPAP.
testing:
In our facility in Beijing, right next to the production, we have all necessary testing equipment to test our products for these features: shore A hardness, abrasion, density, ozone resistance, ageing in air, tensile strength, elongation to fracture, vulcanization and insulation resistivity,
oil resistance, mooney viscosity etc.
We are also cooperating with certified
laboratory CTI (Centre Testing
International Corporation based in Shanghai).
