Backed by its broad capital resources and investment experience, Lee World Capital (LWC) has successfully created a 220 acres water-front residential project “ Chateau O'fite.”

 Chateau O'fite is located in north Beijing, approximately 15 miles west of the Great Wall (Badaling). Since the site is located in Huailai (nicknamed Chinese Bordeaux) where the best natural soil for vineyards comes from, the project has adopted a red wine theme.
