Dr. James Lee and Dr. Liu Shi Neng were invited by Gao Ping government to attend the seminar about regional economic development on February 12^th, 2017. Dr. Liu gave a lecture titled "Opportunities and Challenges of County Economy". Dr. Lee and Gao Ping Committee shared views and experiences on economic development with each other.
