Dr. James Lee and President Liu of Fdar City Institute were invited by the government of Gaoping, Shanxi to return home on February 12^st, 2017.

    Dr. Lee thanked Mr. Fan Zhaolin, the party secretary and other leaders’ invitation and the warm reception. Dr. Lee visited “The Yellow Pear project.” The city held a PPP conference with hundreds of local government and businesses in attendance to talk about the development and future.
