On October 19th, 2016. James C. Lee visited potential development sites in Harlem and Brooklyn with local developers. 

Lee World U.S. real estate started operation in 2013 and is now shifting focus in investment and/or developing in emerging markets in the Tristate area with a short turn around period and a 15-25% IRR return.
