On March 20^th, 2015, South East China’s long anticipated Commercial Complex project “That Luang New Horizon” broke ground. The Ceremony was held in the capital of Laos, Vientiane. Laos Vice Premier, Department Ministers, Lee World Real Estate, Project Investors, Religious Leaders, Media and guest totaling 3,500 people attended the Ceremony. The project will provide a first of a kind Country Hub for more than 1 million people including hotel, condo, shopping, restaurants, bars, leisure and entertainment.
