On August 1, 2014, Lee World’s CEO Dr. Lee discuss with Club Quarters President Mr. Lovejoy to open new boutique hotel locations in Beijing and Shanghai. Currently Club Quarters have 17 locations in the U.S. and London. They are all located in Central Business District with more than 2 million square feet of commercial in the 10 mile radius. Each boutique hotel built for business travellers range between 100,000 to 250,000 sq. ft.

Combining Lee World’s Real Estate expertise and connection in China with Club Quarters over 20 years of Hotel Building, Branding, and Management experience, the JV is destined to succeed.
