On August 1, 2014, Lee World Holding’s CEO Dr. Lee met with Michael Shvo to discuss building the highest residential building in the western hemisphere. Shvo is a luxury marketing guru. He is unique, creative and has deep knowledge of Luxury Real Estate Market. The project is located in the heart of downtown Manhattan and will stand over 1300 feet tall. Right next to the project are World Trade Center, World Financial Center and the new downtown luxury shopping district.
